Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Contact Northside Surplus by email or phone for return authorization. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Defective merchandise must be returned, pre-paid, within 10 days of return authorization from Northside Surplus. If returned merchandise is soiled, worn, or bears markings not originally on the product, it will not be accepted. Northside Surplus will provide store credit for returns or replace defective items with like kind in good condition. No refunds. Orders may be cancelled before being picked-up for shipping however a $5.00 cancellation charge may be assessed if the order has been packed and prepared for shipping.
